Sign in and tour the dashboard

A two-minute walkthrough of the SigmaDSA home screen — KPIs, charts, and where to find every feature.

When you sign in to SigmaDSA at app.sigmadsa.com, you land on the Dashboard. This is the home screen for everyone on your team — managers see company-wide numbers, sales reps see only their own pipeline.

What's on screen

The left sidebar holds every section of the app — Leads, Files, My Tasks, Callbacks, Lenders, Partner DSAs, Reports, plus Admin and Billing for tenant owners. The Dashboard link at the top brings you back to this home screen any time.

Total Leads

Lifetime count of every lead in your tenant, with a quick breakdown of how many are New (untouched) and Converted (already moved to a loan file). Sales managers use this for top-of-funnel health.

Active Files

Loan files currently in the pipeline — i.e., everything that's not Disbursed or Rejected. The split shows how many are already Sanctioned vs Disbursed so you can see how much money is "almost in" vs "in the bank".

Disbursals (This Month)

Total ₹ value disbursed in the current calendar month, with the running cumulative across all months. The headline number is the single most important sales metric — what your team actually closed.

Conversion Rate

Percentage of leads that ultimately became disbursed files. The companion Lead Value shows the total ₹ across every lead — a useful "size of the prize" number when planning capacity.

Commission rollup

Total earned, Pending invoices, and Received payments — across every disbursal in the tenant. Click through to Billing & Subscription → Commission Invoices for the line-by-line breakdown.

Today's Follow-Ups

Every callback scheduled for today, pulled from both Leads and Files. The "Done" button on each row marks the callback resolved and pops the next-step status prompt.

My Tasks

Your personal to-do list — auto-populated when a new lead is assigned to you, when a callback comes due, or when a file enters a stage that needs your action. Each row has a one-click Done.

Lead Status

Donut chart of leads bucketed by status — New, Contacted, Interested, Converted, Lost. Hover any segment for the exact count and percentage; click to drill into the matching filtered Leads list.

Pipeline by Stage

Donut chart of active files by stage — Documentation, Login Pending, Under Process, Sanctioned, Disbursed. This is the visual answer to "where is everything stuck right now?"

Amount Overview

Bar chart of Requested vs Sanctioned vs Disbursed ₹ totals. The gap between Sanctioned and Disbursed is your float — files where the bank has approved but the money hasn't moved yet.

Recent Leads

The five newest leads in your tenant, with a one-click jump into the lead detail. Click View All to open the full Leads list.

Live Activity

Real-time feed of what your team is doing — lead created, status changed, file submitted to a bank, callback completed, etc. Built on the same notifications stream that drives Slack/email alerts.
