Setup

The SigmaDSA Setup section — branding, public website, email domain, email accounts, DNS records. Configure your tenant's customer-facing presence and email infrastructure.

The Setup section configures your tenant's customer-facing presence — the logos on the CRM, the public marketing website, the email domain and accounts your team sends from, and the DNS records that wire it all together.

Domain & DNS

Sub-sectionWhat you configure
DNS & DomainDNS records (A, MX, CNAME, SRV, TXT/SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to add at your domain registrar. Drives website + email delivery.

For a fresh tenant, do these in order — each step depends on the previous:

1. Branding

Upload your sidebar logo, collapsed icon, and favicon so the CRM shows your firm's identity instead of the default SigmaDSA logo.

2. Website — generate, configure, publish

This is the meatiest step. Three phases:

a. Generate content with the AI — describe your business, the AI generates the entire website content and picks the best template.

b. Add your domain — under the Domains tab, point your yourdsa.com at the SigmaDSA web server.

c. Publish — toggle Published on the settings card → Save → site goes live at your domain.

3. Email Domain

Enter your email domain (yourdsa.com) so the system can provision the mail-server config and generate the DNS records you'll need next.

4. DNS & Domain

Open this page → see the auto-generated list of DNS records (Website A records, Email MX/CNAME/SRV, SPF/DKIM/DMARC) → paste each into your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap). Wait up to 48 hours for propagation, then click Verify All.

5. Email Accounts

Once DNS verified, create individual mailboxes — sales@yourdsa.com, ops@yourdsa.com, etc. — and share the IMAP/SMTP server details with your team for Outlook / Gmail / Apple Mail configuration.
