The Callbacks Report surfaces follow-up discipline — how many callbacks each user is owed, how many got made, and which ones turned into actual conversions.

What's on the report
- KPI cards — total scheduled, completed, missed, rescheduled.
- Status distribution — donut by status.
- Per-user load — bar chart of pending vs completed per assigned user.
- Aging — how long callbacks sit in Pending before action.
- Callback table — date range, status, owner filters. Exportable.
Common flows
- End-of-day overdue cleanup — filter to Overdue + your name → reschedule each.
- Team training — sort by missed % per user → coaching opportunity for those with high miss rates.
- Callback ROI — cross-reference completed callbacks with downstream conversions to compute callback-to-conversion ratio per source.
