Sales Agent knowledge base

The knowledge base your SigmaDSA AI Employee answers from — products, rates, eligibility and process, in your own words, with an AI generator to draft the first version.

The Sales Agent KB is what your AI Employee knows about your business. The bot's mechanics — capturing details, chasing documents, scheduling callbacks — work out of the box. What it can't guess is which lenders you deal with, what you charge, and which cases you actually take.

What to put in it

Write it as if briefing a new salesperson on their first morning:

  • Products you actually place — loan types, typical ticket sizes, the lenders you have real relationships with.
  • Eligibility in plain terms — minimum income or turnover, vintage, bureau score expectations, what disqualifies an applicant early.
  • Rates and fees — ranges rather than fixed numbers unless you'll keep them current.
  • Process and timelines — what happens after documents are in, how long sanction usually takes.
  • What you don't do — the cases you turn away. This saves everyone's time.
  • Tone — how formal, which languages, how hard to push for a callback.

The AI Generator

AI Generator drafts a starting knowledge base from what SigmaDSA already knows about your tenant — your lenders, your loan types, your website content. It's a first draft to correct, not a finished document: it can't know your rates or which lender is quick with a particular profile.

The character count under the heading tells you how much you've given it. A few thousand characters of specifics beats a page of generalities.

Whatever you write here, the bot may repeat to a customer. Don't include internal commissions, lender payouts, or anything you wouldn't want quoted back to you.
